have you heard of the book 1,000 Places To See Before You Die? I decided to do a bit of research..and this is what I came up with. =)
You used to live in one of those 1,000 places. well, two actually; the Big Island, and Oahu. So now you've only got 998 places to see. Now that you're in Paris, you've only got 997 places to see. But what's interesting is that there are the top 10 things to do in Paris, and you've already done half of them and you haven't been there that long (not to mention you're taking a full load of classes)! Arc de Triomphe- check. Basilque Du Sacre-Coeur-not yet. Centre Georges Pompidou-not yet. Hotel des Invalides/Napoleon's- not yet. The Louvre-check. Musee D'Orsay-check. Musee Picasso-not yet (but you should go! that sounds so neat!). Notre Dame-check. Musee De Cluny-not yet (unless this is the other "musee" that you were talking about)
So the good news is that even if you're only 19, you've actually LIVED in THREE of the 1,000 places to see before you die. That's amazing.
The bad part is that there are 997 more places to see. you better get cracking! =)
