Sliced caramel apples with ice cream on a crepe. Now that was just my dessert. Ha! I had a gallette just before that!

When we got back to Rennes, Claire and her family really wanted me to try the Gallettes and Crepes in Brittany because they're supposed to have THE best Gallettes in France. OH AND INDEED THEY DO!!!!
A ham, cheese, and potatoe galette... delicious :)

YAY! YAY!!!! YOU'RE BACK!!! :D We MISSED YOU!!! I was checking almost EVERYday hoping you would post something and was about to go mad, until Mom said that you didn't have internet connection. :) Understandable, I suppose, but it's so nice to see you online again! And what a FABULOUS Spring Break! C'est magnifique! (but in past tense) Looking forward to your next post. ;) Did you go to all the museums with your folks and Mer? Any pics?
